Questions
How do I find a product?
Browse a category from the menu, or search by product name, SKU or batch number. On the catalogue, filters narrow the list by category, availability, format and price, and you can sort by name or price.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately in the cart and at checkout.
Where do I find the certificate of analysis?
On the product page, listed by batch, where one has been published. You can also enter the batch number printed on the vial in the certificate lookup.
Who can order?
Anyone can browse, compare prices and fill a cart. Ordering needs an account that has been checked by our team. Products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
How do I pay?
Online payment is being set up. You can already prepare your order up to the review step.
Do the categories describe what a product does?
No. Categories group products by research interest so they are easier to browse. They do not describe effects, benefits or uses.

We ship to the 27 countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.
